Who we help

Does one of these sound like your family?

Most people call us in the middle of something hard. You don't need a plan before you reach out. That's what the first conversation is for.

"Mom can't live on her own anymore, and we don't know where to start."

Once your family has chosen where Mom will live, we help you downsize, pack and move in with dignity and ease.

Senior transitions

"We lost Dad, and the house is still full of his things."

We sort a loved one's belongings with you: what to keep, donate, sell and pass down, at a pace that leaves room to grieve.

Support after a loss

"The house has gotten away from us."

From the garage to the junk drawer, we clear every room and build a simple system that stays organized.

Questions

What families usually ask

What does it cost?

All services are $65/hr, and your first consultation is free. There's one simple rate whether we're helping with a move, a loved one's home or a cluttered garage.

Do you provide medical care or personal care?

No. We're a non-medical service. We help with the practical and emotional work around a transition: planning the move, sorting, packing, organizing and setting up. We don't provide bathing, medication or other personal or medical care.

Will we have to get rid of things?

Never without your say. Every item goes through four simple decisions (keep, donate, sell or pass down) and you make the call. Our job is to make those decisions lighter, not to rush them.

Can other family members be involved?

Yes. Coordinating with family members is part of what we do, including touring communities together, so the people who care are part of the decisions.

Are you a moving company?

No. We focus on the people side of a move: deciding what comes, packing and organizing, and setting up the new room so it feels like home on day one. If you're hiring movers, tell us at your consultation and we'll plan the work around them.

Where do you work?

We travel to you in Richmond, Sugar Land, Katy and Rosenberg. If you're nearby and not sure we cover your area, just call 713-657-5442.

When are you available?

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Call or send the form any time and we'll get back to you during business hours.

Let's talk about what would help.

The first conversation is free, and there's no pressure. Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you honestly how we can help.
